Order and Shipping Confirmation
We offer two different shipping speeds. We know that sometimes you can wait and sometimes you simply can’t!

United States:

Standard shipping (5-7 business days) on all orders less than $50 (before taxes and shipping) is $5.95 and free for all orders of $50 or more (before taxes and shipping).

Expedited shipping is $15 for UPS 2nd Day Air and $25 for UPS Next Day Air. Expedited shipping is only available to shipping addresses within the contiguous United States.

Please allow 1-2 business days processing time for your order to be shipped. During the High Season, orders can experience delays to be processed.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.

When will my order ship?

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. The email confirmation will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.

Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Do you offer exchanges and returns?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the case of damaged products. If an item may be considered defective, please email indicating your name, order number, and a photo of the product in its original packaging. Defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of purchase. If the product is deemed defective by, you will be eligible for a refund or a replacement of the same item.

Customers are responsible for the return-shipping fee and it is nonrefundable. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order. Please note, we only accept returns from orders. In case of delayed, lost, or stolen packages, please fill out a claim at so USPS may try to locate your order as soon as possible. Once a claim has been filed, please send us the claim information and we will wait on the results of the claim before proceeding forward.
